Allison has two decades of experience leading strategic and operational transformations across organizations of all sizes. At McKinsey & Company, Allison served clients on B2B marketing & sales, service operations, and org and operating model design. She has deep expertise in growth strategy, pricing, go-to-market excellence, commercial operations, and talent & leadership strategy. She is a serial innovator within McKinsey, where she created several new assets and launched new capabilities across geographies, including the Corporate & Business Functions service line and Zero Based Budgeting and Automation offerings.
Most recently, Allison held senior executive roles at McKinsey & Company, including leading the firm’s global Go-to-Market function and the global Client Service Capabilities function, which included oversight for McKinsey’s knowledge, insights, and capability strategy. Before taking on these global roles, Allison led Regional Operations and Client Service Strategy for McKinsey's North America region. Allison is a proud military spouse and has volunteered in support of transitioning veterans through both the Secretary of the Navy Tours with Industry and SkillBridge programs.
Allison holds a BA in Economics from Duke University, where she was a varsity swimmer. She still enjoys getting in the pool and competing whenever she can.
