Prior to joining Brydon, Sarah spent 8 years at McKinsey & Company in a number of different roles, most recently as Director of Operations and Transformation. Previously, she served clients in the financial services and insurance industries, with a focus on talent, operations, change management, and enterprise-wide transformation. Before joining McKinsey, Sarah spent 5 years in the nonprofit and education space.

Sarah holds an MBA and an MPA from New York University and a BA in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
