Tabitha McHale has spent over six years in private equity across Blackstone and The Carlyle Group. Most recently, she was sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments in Blackstone's $11B AUM GP Stakes business. Before transitioning to GP Stakes in 2022, she covered energy and infrastructure investments at Blackstone. Prior to her time at Blackstone, Tabitha started her career as a consultant at Deloitte, before entering private equity in 2018 at The Carlyle Group.

Tabitha graduated from Virginia Tech with a dual degree in Finance and Accounting & Information Systems. She is a Certified Public Accountant and CFA Charterholder.
